Unfortunately, all the “right” methods are time-consuming if you do them manually. You must have tools to quicken the process if you want to build enough sites or campaigns to be able to make a living online.

Finally, no one is an island unto themselves. You need a support community to pick you up when you are feeling down. Likewise, you need a place where you can pay it forward to others when they need it.
